Quality Policy

The permanent goal and policy of MALLIONDA  SA from the planning to the execution and delivery of the projects, is the provision of high quality services, in order to fully satisfy the customers’ requirements, and its continuous improvement in terms of quality, environment and occupational safety, while maintaining a high level of competitiveness.

The term Quality at MALLIONDA  SA means that the executed projects satisfy the company’s specifications and completely cover the client’s requirements.

The term Environmental Policy in our company means ensuring the protection of the environment by taking care of the minimum possible burden on it during the execution of its activities.

The term Health & Safety at Work means that the company’s activities are carried out by taking all necessary measures that ensure the safety and health of both employees and customers, stakeholders and external providers who use the company’s projects.

The term Protection and Security of Information and its processing systems is of strategic importance for the company, in order to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.

To achieve all of the above, MALLIONDA  SA. implements a Unified Management System according to the standards:

  • EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
  • ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
  • ISO 27001:2013, Information Security Management System

“Design, construction, repair, maintenance and operation of electromechanical, industrial, energy, building, hydraulic and port works, floating works & shipyard facilities, water purification & treatment works, liquid solid & gaseous waste and road construction works, including welding inspections in accordance with the requirements of ISO 3834-2 (EN 729-2) and the requirements of standards EN 1090-1:2008, EN 1090-2:2008 for metal constructions EXC2 and the Construction Products Regulation 305/2011. Study, supervision, construction and technical support of IT projects and systems projects of water resources management facilities”

In particular, the company’s Health and Safety policy aims to:

  • Protection of the health and safety of the company’s employees and interested parties, e.g. passers-by, visitors, consultants, etc.
  • Recognition of these risks will lead us to develop ergonomic procedures to eliminate these risks.
  • Implementation of the Greek Legislation on Health and Safety at Work.
  • Carrying out the work to the desired level of quality without accidents, injuries or damage to equipment and facilities.
  • Continuous training of our company’s employees on Occupational Health and Safety issues.
  • Clear reporting and understanding of all employee responsibilities regarding safety issues.
  • Effort to secure financial resources for the continuous development of new technologies, systems and forms of occupational risk control.

In matters of Information Security, the company is committed to the following:

  • To identify, record and assess potential risks to both the quality and security of information.
  • To take active measures to deal with said risks.
  • To take information security measures, with the aim of safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, whether it is in electronic or physical form.
  • To offer confidentiality, integrity and preservation of the accuracy and completeness of the information, as well as its processing methods.
  • To protect the interests of the company and those who work with it and trust it for the use and handling of their data.
  • To ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information generated, received and communicated.
  • To maximize the reliability of the company’s information resources.

The company’s executives are responsible for the implementation of the Unified Management System in their areas of responsibility. The Management guides and supports the staff in order to contribute to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the System.

The Quality – Environmental Management – Health & Safety Policy is applied at all levels inside and outside the company and is reviewed whenever deemed necessary. It is available to the public and all relevant interested parties.

The management of the company is committed to the faithful compliance of this Policy and its dissemination to all employees.
